THIS IS MY STORY
Lyndsay is a burnout recovery guide, storyteller, and photographer with a heart for helping people move out of survival mode and into a life of peace, purpose, and presence. Over a decade ago, burnout nearly cost her everything. After years of nonstop work and exhaustion, she fell asleep at the wheel and woke up to her car rolling on a major highway. That moment became her wake-up call. Not just physically, but spiritually. It revealed how deeply disconnected she had become from herself, her boundaries, and her faith.
Since then, Lyndsay has spent the last 10+ years rebuilding her life from the inside out. Not through hustle culture fixes or surface-level self-care, but through faith-led rhythms, sustainable boundaries, and intentional healing. Today, she walks alongside people who are tired of pushing, proving, and surviving. Her work is rooted in the belief that rest is not weakness, boundaries are sacred, and breakthrough is possible. You don’t have to choose between your calling and your well-being — sustainable renewal is available, and you don’t have to find it alone.
