Hi, I’m Lyndsay,

I’m a burnout recovery guide, storyteller, wife, and mom on a mission to help others rise from the ashes of exhaustion and live the life God designed them to have: full of peace, purpose, and presence.

Over a decade ago, burnout nearly took my life. I was commuting between cities, working nonstop, and running on empty. One night, after another long day, I got behind the wheel to drive home — something I had done countless times before.

Just two interchanges from my exit, I fell asleep while driving. I woke up to my car rolling on a major highway. In that split second, I thought, this is it.

But God had other plans.

That night became my wake-up call. Not just physically, but spiritually. I realized I had been living in constant exhaustion, pouring into everyone else while completely disconnected from myself and from my faith.

Burnout wasn’t just stress. It was costing me everything.

So I rebuilt.

Not with bubble baths or hustle culture fixes, but with faith, boundaries, and rhythms that restored my peace and purpose from the inside out.

I’ve now spent the last 10+ years walking this path- learning, healing, and creating the tools I wish I had when I was drowning in burnout: tools rooted in faith, aligned with real life, and focused on sustainable renewal, not just surviving the week.

Along the way, I’ve been married to my best friend for 11 years. We built our photography business side by side while building a family and a life we love, with the same ratio of people to pets. My proudest title is Mom. I love hiking, crafting, and traveling, and I practice what I preach through intentional unplugging and protecting what matters most.

I care deeply about this mission because I know what it feels like to silently suffer while still showing up for everyone else. I know how lonely burnout can be, especially when you don’t even know what to call it yet.

My story could have ended in that season… but God had other plans. Now my greatest pain has become my purpose: to walk with people who are ready for more peace, more clarity, more joy and less guilt, chaos, and survival mode.

I help people step out of survival mode and into sustainable renewal. You don’t have to choose between your calling and your well-being.

Rest is not weakness.

Boundaries are sacred.

Breakthrough is possible.
