Here are seven signs you may be living in survival mode.
1. You Are Always Tired, Even After Rest
Sleep does not restore you. Weekends do not reset you. You feel behind before the day even begins.
2. You Feel Emotionally Numb
You are not deeply sad, but you are not deeply joyful either. You feel flat.
3. You Struggle to Be Present
Your mind is always racing ahead to the next responsibility.
4. You Say Yes When You Mean No
Your calendar feels full of obligations, not alignment.
5. You Feel Guilty Resting
